Laundry Day and Shopping

We had a free day to do pretty much whatever we wanted to do.  We first went to Shamian to take our laundry to Michael's Place.  It's MUCH CHEAPER than letting the hotel do it.  We also found Jordon.  He still had his shop but the area was much smaller because he couldn't afford the big space anymore due to the lack of tourists.  He has subsequently had to give up ALL of his space because some company wanted it.  He still has a little office somewhere and he has an online store.  He LOVES the adoptive families and still will do your child's name in calligraphy for free.  He's also giving tours for $5 per hour for whoever wants him to.  We also hit Lucy's again today!  Later on in the day (after naps) we went with our group to the Wholesale Market.  I guess we didn't take any pictures at the Wholesale Market.  It is "impressive," though!

Mmmmm!  Mt. Dew!

Models and brides & grooms have their pictures taken on Shamian Island all the time.

Then his wife came and I had to get another picture!

REALLY tired boy!

Not thrilled about the swing.  He eventually learned to like swinging after we got home.

Mmmmmm!  Congee!
