I delivered all the materials to Dick at NCHS on February 25, 2008.
On February 29, 2008, I picked up the signed forms, agency license copy and other forms from Dick.
March 1, 2008, we mailed the adoption agreement and other forms to CHI/KC along with the next payment which includes the cost of some required educational materials. We also mailed reference letter information to Don, Ken, Tim and Kathy.
