I received an email overnight that said our Article 5 has been completed and now our agency representative can deliver it to the CCCWA who will then issue our TA (Travel Approval) to come get our son!
Our son is in the Helongjiang Province, the most northern province in China. He just turned 10 months old yesterday. I have read your blog when you brought home your daughter and was so excited to see you were now adopting a boy! My email is dertra94@hotmail.com if you want to keep in touch.
